About Me

Hi, welcome to my blog! My name is Nitya Kaza, and I am a sophomore at Westford Academy. Some of my personal interests/hobbies include reading, painting, calligraphy, and Indian classical dance. I’m an active member of the South Asian Student Association (SASA) and Human Rights Club in my school, where I get to contribute to the community by organizing fundraisers for various charities. I also write for my school newspaper, the Ghostwriter, where I get to compose articles and share exciting events happening around the school and in town.

I am passionate about learning more about medical practices related to end-of-life care; thus, much of my work and writing relates to the end of life and how it’s handled. Broadly, my passions lie in bioethics, which explores the ethics of the medical field. Through these end-of-life essays, I will merge my observations from volunteer work, real-life experiences, and research with the hope of discussing the undiscussed in a different light.
